 All the orders with destination countries of European Union are dispatched with Hellenic Post Express Shipping Service

XclimbingShop can provide service to customers throughout the world, (EU for the moment). Shipping cost varies depending on the type, size and weight of the items. We formed our policy on shipment of goods in the fairest way possible.

XclimbingShop reserves the right to change the delivery method and transport company regardless of what is stated on this page and given that the changes would not in any way be detrimental to our customers.

All orders made before 18.00h Greek time, will be dispatched by the relevant transport company on the same day, providing they are in stock. Orders will only be dispatched on working days, from Monday to Friday.

Bank transfer orders will not be dispatched until the transaction has been verified. Orders to be paid in instalments will not be dispatched until the application has been approved.

Important: We are unable to accept a shipment to a PO BOX address.
